Pula is located at the southern tip of the Istria peninsula and it is the largest city in Istria County, Croatia. Winemaking, shipbuilding and fishing are some points of an long and old tradition of the city.

The old city center has Roman remains and a worth seeing amphitheater. The village in the area and the picturesque towns shows even more why it is a famous tourist destination.

The national park of Brijuni consists of several small islands of Istria's southwest coast. On the islands you can find dinosaur footprints. Airport:

The Pula airport (PUY) is located 12 kilometers northeast of the city. It is easy accessible as well by car. Follow the road Šianska cesta coming from the city, which leads to the starting point of highway A9.
